Role Purpose

We’re looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Supply Chain Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) expert to join our Center of Excellence Team. The ideal candidate will drive process improvement, lead solution design, and ensure seamless integration across the supply chain ecosystem. This role supports global projects and operational excellence, collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert for SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain Planning and IBP modules.
  • Support the COE Team Lead with overseeing change requests, incident handling, and problem management and assigned business task.
  • Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements and translate findings into effective SAP solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, SAP developments, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with AMS team to ensure timely follow-up, resolution and closure of incidents and any related system changes and any related system changes.
  • Collate, Test and deploy SAP S/4 Supply Chain and IBP processes and enhancements.
  • Provide input into roadmaps, best practices, and standards for Supply Chain Planning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing second and third-line support for SAP Planning applications.
  • Work closely with COE team, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver projects and continuous improvements.
  • Conduct user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends, SAP developments, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ hands‑on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain Planning and IBP implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules: PP (Production Planning), APO, IBP, Kinaxis or related planning tools.
  • Proven experience in solution design, configuration, deployment, and support.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (demand planning, inventory management, S&OP, supply planning).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules preferred.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in global implementations or multi‑country rollouts.
  • Prior exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coach and influence process owners and business users.
