Job summary

Education

Job Info:

• Salary: Up to $5,500 basic + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Location: Within walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT
• Company: Electronics manufacturing (Cable assembly, interconnects, and electronic contract manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams for NPI and product launches
• Develop project plans, milestones, and monitor readiness for pilot and mass production
• Implement DFM/DFA requirements and establish production processes
• Coordinate pilot builds, validations, and troubleshoot technical/quality issues
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (BOM, PFMEA, SOP, ECN/MDN) and update ERP
• Liaise with suppliers for material/component readiness
• Support product qualification, reliability testing, and FAI
• Drive continuous improvements, automation, and post-launch enhancements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in BOM structure, ECN/MDR changes, and product releases
• Knowledge of ISO9001 standards
• Strong understanding of cable assembly or box-build assembly processes
• Proficient in ERP systems, AutoCAD, or similar design tools
• Familiar with DFM/DFA and quality tools (8D, PFMEA)
