Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize production processes to ensure smooth flow and efficient operations
• Develop and maintain documentation including process sheets, operating work instructions, forms and records
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput and improve quality
• Design jigs, fixtures and gauges for production
• Lead in commissioning of production equipment and machines
• Train operators and production staff on processes, equipment usage and maintenance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
