We are assisting a high-net-worth family in finding a Private Early Childhood Educator to care for their 2-year-old daughter. The role involves creating an engaging and educational environment tailored to the child’s development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing, age-appropriate care and early learning for a 2-year-old child, focusing on cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Plan and implement play-based and enrichment activities, including arts, music, sensory, and early literacy/numeracy exercises.
  • Support daily routines such as meals, hygiene, nap time, and personal care, promoting healthy habits.
  • Observe, document, and report on developmental progress, milestones, and behaviour to parents.
  • Facilitate bilingual or dual-language exposure (English and Mandarin) through everyday activities and interaction.
  • Organize indoor and outdoor activities to stimulate physical growth, motor skills, and social interaction.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment, while providing guidance and advice to parents on child development.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience caring for infants or toddlers (0–3 years old) in a structured setting or as a professional early childhood educator.
  • Strong understanding of child development stages, age-appropriate activities, and early learning curricula.
  • Ability to plan and implement engaging play-based and enrichment activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude, with the ability to adapt to the child’s individual needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both children and parents.
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality in a family setting.
