Qualifications

Job description

As a professional expert in process discipline, an approver or reviewer of process documents, develop the process discipline implementation strategy, execution plan, interface management, design basis data, risk control, professional engineering scheme and so on, identify potential risks of the project and formulate reasonable countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with foreign clients on process design schemes, etc., and solve the problems of process discipline
• Coordinate with client to solve relevant problems and close-out comments
• Responsible for technical tender document review, technical clarification, bid evaluation document review and other work;
• Provide technical training and guidance on a regular basis, with no less than 10 times or 40 hours of training per year
• Be responsible for completing other related work assigned by client.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 15 years of working experience in process design of offshore fixed platform or floating oil and gas production facilities, and having at least 5 years experience aslead process engineer of Middle East offshore project, work experience in internationally renowned engineering companies, is strongly preferred
• Familiaritywith oil and gas field development knowledge, offshore engineering process knowledge, technical standards and specifications (including but not limited to API, ASME, SHELL, Qatar Energy corporate standards, Saudi Aramco standards), industry regulations and policies, and those with Middle East project experience are strongly preferred
• Familiarity with international project running system, client design concept, strong technical plan development and controlability, able to timely discover and solve problems, control and eliminate risks.
• Familiarity with various workshop procedures and rich experiences of closing out actions of relevant workshop basing on strong issues-solving and communication skill.
• Proficient in process design software, such as AutoCAD, HYSYS,FLARENET, PHAST,FLARESIM, etc., proficient in excel, word, ppt and other related office software, familiarity with process dynamic simulation is preferred
