About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal to lead our thriving Moral Childcare Centre in the Serangoon North-East Region.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing inspirational leadership to a dedicated team of early years professionals
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the centre's continuous improvement and growth
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences that nurture the holistic development of our students
  • Managing day-to-day centre operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Building strong relationships with parents, the local community, and key stakeholders to promote the centre's reputation and enhance engagement
What we’re looking for
