Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the centre’s daily operations in compliance with ECDA regulations
  • Supervise, support, and develop a team of early childhood educators
  • Guide curriculum planning and ensure effective implementation of an inquiry‑and‑play based learning framework
  • Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement
  • Monitor enrolment, staff performance, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure a high standard of safety, hygiene, and learning environment within the centre
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching & Leadership / Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)
  • Senior Teacher with ADECL / ADECT are welcomed to apply!
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous
  • Able to vet Chinese Curriculum
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ teaching and management experience in a childcare/preschool
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, especially in building rapport with parents
  • Creative marketing ideas to help drive enrolment growth
