Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and user research through customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify user needs across different regions and cultures.
- Support end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities, including market research, requirements analysis, product planning, development, testing, launch, and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, data, design, marketing, and operations), developing strong communication and coordination skills across diverse cultural and regional contexts.
- Assist in product planning and development, contributing to product design discussions, technical architecture alignment, and quality assurance processes.
- Collect, analyse and synthesise user feedback and product data to support continuous improvement and iteration.
- Support product marketing initiatives and user training efforts to enhance adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to international product strategy and business expansion initiatives, gaining exposure to global market dynamics and competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Marketing, UX, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Min. 2–5 years of relevant pre‑sales or consumer feedback gathering experience in product management, technology, business analysis, or related roles.
- Ability to liaise in Mandarin Chinese to manage overseas markets and Mandarin‑speaking customers.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into product insights.
- Familiarity with product design and development processes, including agile methodologies and common project management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Strong learning agility and adaptability, with an interest in emerging technologies.
- Keen interest in international product management and global markets.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel once per quarter.
