Overview

We are hiring a Presales Engineer to provide presales support in ASEAN region. This role reports to Regional Sales Director, ASEAN.

Responsibilities
  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Planning and conducting trainings to channel partners and end-customers at a regional level.
  • Supporting regional trainings and events as when needed.
  • Ensuring proposed solutions are best practice and in line with client’s requirements.
  • Managing the sales bid process by working closely with the sales team.
  • Working closely with sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
  • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
  • You work with urgency, analysing and adapting to different situations, quickly understanding changes and reacting confidently and decisively
  • You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and external customers.
  • You are your area of expertise and passionate about it, enabling it to support people to work better and achieve more.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
  • Five years of industry experience, including two or more years in sales engineering or consultancy.
  • Good knowledge of the IT Network Infrastructure and Management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and/or Cisco certified will be an added advantage.
