Practice Manager — Asia Pacific Dental Sleep Medicine (APACDSM)

Location: Singapore (regional role)

Role Summary

The Practice Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate regional training programmes, support clinicians and educators, and ensure smooth administrative and organisational performance for APACDSM’s expanding portfolio. This is a pivotal role central to maintaining our excellence in education, partnership management, and clinical support across Asia‑Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Administrative Leadership

  • Manage daily operations of the APACDSM office and regional activities
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and coordination for courses, workshops, and certifications (in‑person and online)
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, educator schedules, and inventory of course materials
  • Ensure compliance with organisational SOPs, accreditation requirements, and documentation standards

2. Education & Training Coordination

  • Support planning, execution, and post‑event reporting for training programmes (e.g., Panthera Certification Courses, Masterclasses, Hands‑on Workshops)
  • Liaise with faculty, speakers, and venue partners
  • Manage registration, participant communication, certification logistics, and evaluation processes

3. Stakeholder & Partnership Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clinicians, industry partners, academic collaborators, and new member enquiries
  • Support partnership agreements, sponsorship coordination, and cross‑border programme alignment
  • Strengthen relationships with international societies including ASA, AADSM, and regional dental associations

4. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

  • Assist in budgeting, invoicing, vendor payments, and financial tracking
  • Prepare monthly operational and performance reports for APACDSM leadership
  • Work with the CEO/Executive Director on forecasting and programme growth metrics

5. Marketing, Communications & Membership

  • Support social media postings, newsletters, and course promotions
  • Ensure timely communication with members and prospective participants
  • Maintain updated content for websites, brochures, and digital assets
Qualifications & Requirements

Essential

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, dental/medical practice management, or professional association management
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital workflow tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced regional environment

Preferred

  • Experience in dental, medical, or healthcare training organisations
  • Familiarity with Dental Sleep Medicine, sleep medicine workflows, or allied health disciplines
  • Experience managing events or educational programmes across multiple countries
  • Basic understanding of CRM, LMS, or membership platforms
