Job Description

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will conduct independent and collaborative research in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and related emerging financial technologies. The role involves developing high-quality, publishable research at the intersection of finance, economics, accounting, and blockchain-based financial systems. The fellow will work closely with Prof. Daniel Rabetti on ongoing research projects, contribute to data construction and empirical analysis, and participate in academic dissemination through conferences, workshops, and journal submissions.

Required Skill Set
  • PhD in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related field
  • Strong empirical research skills, including proficiency in Stata, Python, R, or similar data-analysis software
  • Demonstrated research experience, preferably with working papers under revisionor publications in peer-reviewed social science journals
  • High motivation and strong interest in emerging technologies, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to collaborative research projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
