Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to facilitate onboarding, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency with M365 tools, and a basic understanding of project methodologies. This is a contract position with a working schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • Proven communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with M365 tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Maintain project governance frameworks and documentation.
  • Arrange meetings and prepare documentation.

Job Description
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for resources including security clearance, assignment of client assets, maintenance of resource information, ensuring compliance of the resources.
  • Maintain project governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, processes.
  • Maintain project documentation and templates.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare decks/presentations, document decisions, meeting minutes, action items.
Skills needed include
  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken English) – to liaise with the project stakeholders and client. Being able to clearly articulate and update status and issues, document processes and decisions are essentials. Taking meeting minutes with client is one of the tasks, thus strong command in written English is a must.
  • M365 – Powerpoint, Excel (charts, pivot tables, formulas), Word. Knowledge in Power BI and analytics tools would be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of project methologies such as Agile / Scrum, Waterfall, etc
  • Proactive and adaptable – to champion people engagement within the projects.
