Job summary
A construction company in Singapore seeks a Plumbing Supervisor to oversee daily plumbing operations at various project sites. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of plumbing experience, a Class 3 Driving Licence, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include supervising workers, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role offers a 6-day work week, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Class 4 licence will be an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily plumbing works at project sites.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily plumbing works at project sites.
- Assign tasks and guide plumbing workers to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot plumbing-related issues.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Drive company vehicle to ferry workers to/from dormitories and worksites.
- Ensure safe driving practices and proper upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Class 4 licence will be an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage a team of workers and ensure productivity.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety practices.
- Physically fit to carry out site supervision duties.
Working Conditions
- 6 days work week (Monday to Saturday).
- Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm.
- Location: Various project sites across Singapore.
