Job summary

A construction company in Singapore seeks a Plumbing Supervisor to oversee daily plumbing operations at various project sites. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of plumbing experience, a Class 3 Driving Licence, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include supervising workers, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role offers a 6-day work week, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Class 4 licence will be an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily plumbing works at project sites.
• Assign tasks and guide plumbing workers to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot plumbing-related issues.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Drive company vehicle to ferry workers to/from dormitories and worksites.
• Ensure safe driving practices and proper upkeep of the company vehicle.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Class 4 licence will be an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage a team of workers and ensure productivity.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety practices.
• Physically fit to carry out site supervision duties.

Working Conditions

• 6 days work week (Monday to Saturday).
• Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm.
• Location: Various project sites across Singapore.
