About the role

As a PLC and SCADA Engineer at Greencorp Engineering Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in designing, developing and maintaining industrial automation systems that drive the company's innovative projects. In this full‑time position based in Jurong West, you will be responsible for programming and configuring Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to optimise the performance and efficiency of our engineering solutions.

What you’ll be doing

1. Designing, programming and configuring PLC and SCADA systems for a variety of industrial applications
2. Integrating PLC and SCADA systems with other automation components such as sensors, motors, and HMIs
3. Developing HMI (Human‑Machine Interface) screens and dashboards to provide real‑time monitoring and control of industrial processes
4. Troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC and SCADA systems to ensure optimal performance
5. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement and commission new automation systems
6. Providing technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel
7. Staying up‑to‑date with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation

What we’re looking for

1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC and SCADA programming and configuration
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, and Structured Text
4. Strong understanding of industrial automation protocols like Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP
5. Experience in designing and implementing HMI systems using software like FactoryTalk, WinCC, or InTouch
6. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
7. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
8. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to industrial automation systems
