Job summary

An established MNC in e-commerce is seeking a Platform Health Associate in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or project management and a degree. You will analyze business performance, work closely with seller teams, enforce policies, and support projects. Strong analytical skills and expert-level knowledge of Excel are required. This position offers a salary of SGD 5,500 per month.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on business performance regularly.
  • Work with seller teams to enhance education on new initiatives.
  • Enforce seller policies and drive positive behavior.
  • Support cross-functional projects through planning and execution.
  • Identify performance improvement areas and implement changes.
  • Advise stakeholders on achieving seller performance KPIs.

Who you'll be working for

Our client is an established MNC in the e-commerce sector that's seeking experienced Platform Health Associate

What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Preferably University graduate with relevant Bachelor’s
  • At least 3 years of work experience in e-commerce, operations, project management, or analytics;
  • Strong interest in driving business improvements through data-driven decision making;
  • Structured and analytical when presented with challenges, creative and flexible in proposing improvements and solutions.
  • Enthusiastic in appreciating and resolving e-commerce platform challenges,
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup) and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Provide analysis and regular reporting of business performance;
  • Work closely with seller facing teams to ensure seller education and transparency on all new initiatives;
  • Monitor, execute, and enforce seller policies to drive impactful behaviour;
  • Support cross-functional projects through involvement in project planning, implementation, and testing;
  • Identify areas for performance improvements and implement where practicable;
  • Provide advice and support to channel, category, customer care and support stakeholders so as to achieve seller performance KPIs; and
  • Prepare new, and improve existing project and operational documentations to achieve operations excellence.
