Job Description
  1. 1. Arrange for estimated year budget and cash flow and liaise with HQ on all internal budget approval and audit procedure.
  2. 2. Resolve issues raised by Departments in a timely and effective manner.
  3. 3. Approval of Requisition (Sub-Con / ++Material) prior to procurement.
  4. 4. Establish procurement & cost control policies.
  5. 5. Responsible for all contractual matters of the project via or with theProject Director.
  6. 6. Prepare project budget in conjunction with Project Director and submit to management for approval.
  7. 7. Approval of main contract progress claims submission and payment certificate in conjunction with Project Director.
  8. 8. Candidates with extensive experience in Construction Industry
  9. 8. Review relevant monthly reports cost reports and highlight financial deficiency to Project Director for necessary measures to improve the labour productivity and control the usage of materials, plant & equipment andconsumption of utilities in conjunction with Construction Manager.
  10. 9. Overall responsible for the procurement activities for project and finalise procurement contract and submit to relevant approving authorities for approval of purchase / sub-contract. Prepare procurement schedule of workpackages and link to contract programme & construction dates given to Construction Team.
  11. 10. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts
  12. 11. Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
