Role Overview

As an Executive in Planning, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of operational, tactical, and strategic plans to optimise our company's performance and resource utilisation. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including production, procurement, and project management, to ensure alignment of planning activities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and updating comprehensive production and operational plans to facilitate efficient workflow and resource management.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making processes and support forecasting activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of planning information.
  • Monitor ongoing project progress and report on key performance indicators, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Support the optimization of planning tools and systems to enhance accuracy and responsiveness in planning cycles.
