Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and material availability.
  • Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align supply with demand.
  • Track inventory levels, identify shortages or excesses, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to production status, material availability, and delivery performance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve planning-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure planning processes comply with company standards and quality requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and provide input for planning system enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and planning tools (e.g., ERP/MRP systems).
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
