• Conduct assessments and deliver physiotherapy interventions for clients with mobility, neurological, functional, and physical rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs).
• Provide therapy through individual or group sessions in community-based, centre-based settings, as well as home visits when necessary.
• Educate and train caregivers and staff to support safe mobility and functional independence for clients.
• Engage in multidisciplinary case discussions to contribute to holistic care planning for adult clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Passionate in working in residential, community, or home-based settings.
