Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Operative to oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of medications. Responsibilities include conducting quality checks, ensuring orders are packed accurately, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment. The ideal candidate should have at least GCE 'N'/ 'O'/ 'ITE' or a Diploma in any discipline, be a proactive team player, and possess basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. Job description

Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours, Sat half day

Location: Clementi (Transportation provided from Jurong East and Clementi MRT)

Job Scope:

• Responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching finished products – Medications.
• Conducting Quality Check for the Medications package received.
• Ensure that customers' orders are picked and packed correctly.
• Responsible for housekeeping to ensure the warehouse is maintained clean, neat, safe, and orderly.
• May be assigned to work @ GMP Room or Cold Room
• GMP Room: Required to pack medications in small quantities, will be required to work in a clean room environment – Must be meticulous and detailed
• Cold Room: Where medications are stored in Temperature controlled environment – Jacket provided specially for this room.

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’/’O’/’ITE’ or Diploma in any discipline
• A good team player and cooperate with superiors and co-workers.
• Take ownership of the work assigned.
• Proactive and open to innovation and changes.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be advantageous
