Job Description
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
  • Manage, organize and maintain CEO’s schedule, including setting up appointments with potential clients ·
  • Acting as first point of contact between CEO and internal or external stakeholders. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of CEO, phone calls and other form of communication
  • Handle travel arrangements (air ticket booking/ visa application/ accommodation reservation/ arranging schedule) and manage all expense claims
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company processes are handled efficiently and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contact database.
  • Undertake any other ad‑hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
Requirement
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of solid and continuous experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant, demonstrating exceptional high‑level support.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Familiar with Singapore culture, policy, laws and regulations to avoid business risks
