Job summary

A company in Singapore is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive and two Senior Management personnel. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, booking appointments, organizing travel, and maintaining filing systems. Candidates must have experience in a similar role, with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. This is a 3-month contract requiring 42 hours of work per week.
