Overview

• Period: Permanent
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm
• Salary: Up to $6,000 + AWS
• Location: Changi & Kranji (Projects will be based here)

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all M&E works on construction sites, ensuring they are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time.
• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings, ensuring they comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractor and consultant to resolve any technical issues related to M&E installations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, BIM (Revit) for coordination, as-built drawings, and construction drawings.
• Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and secure M&E materials and equipment.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed M&E systems to clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical & Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• MUST HAVE Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM and develop Revit
