Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive the promotion of their Ocean, Air, and Total Logistics services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in air or sea freight forwarding, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires the candidate to achieve sales targets and maintain a strong customer base through exceptional service and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.

• Cold – Calling to prospective clients
• To promote Ocean / Air / Total Logistics Services. Plan and propose solutions to meet customers’ business objectives
• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
• Establish strong customer base
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
• Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by superior
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Achieve sales target

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O level
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding (Must)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.
• Possess own transport
