Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the property operations team, ensuring KPI delivery and operational excellence.

• Oversee property and facilities management for SG REIT strata areas of the mall.

• Manage facilities and M&E systems, including upgrades, replacements, and special projects.

• Handle fire safety management, security, and outsourced service providers (cleaners, security).

• Prepare and manage operational budgets and capital expenditure for SG REIT and MCST.

• Liaise closely with MCSTs on property, facilities, and strata management matters.

• Ensure efficient preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance, including emergency response.

• Oversee security, fire safety compliance, and operational house rules.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Building, or Facilities Management (or equivalent).

• 15+ years of relevant experience in M&E systems and mixed-use property management.

• Strong knowledge of Green Mark requirements, tenant management, and building maintenance.

• Proven leadership, project management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

• Hands-on, proactive, resourceful, and strong problem-solving ability.

• Fire Safety Manager or Green Mark Manager certification is an advantage.

• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
