Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, underwriting decisions, and service agreements.
• Assist underwriters to maintain high retention in the assigned portfolio, following agreed processes at the designated underwriting authority in order to secure profitable business within the agreed risk appetite of the company.
• Increase the team's contribution in terms of profitability to the company and department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive pipeline of new businesses and maintain high renewal hit ratio.
• Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.
