Your Day-to-Day Adventures
  • Development of performance marketing strategies that align with the brand portfolio and corresponding business units’ commercial objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising networks.
  • Implementing tactics to improve website conversion rates and optimise user funnels for maximum performance.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Conducting A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborating with respective business units to maximize organic and paid search performance.
  • Managing digital marketing budgets effectively and allocating resources to campaigns with the highest potential for performance.
  • Setting up tracking mechanisms such as UTM parameters and conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign performance.
  • Implementing marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes and improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and staying informed about industry trends and best practices for digital performance marketing.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • At least 3–4 years of working experience in a performance marketing role
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other tracking tools to measure and analyse campaign performance
  • Able to commit a 5.5 day work week
  • Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM, Saturday/Sunday, 10AM – 2PM)
