This role is a strategic People Business Partner supporting leaders driving ResMed’s digital supply chain transformation. Acting as a chief‑of‑staff–style integrator for the Supply Chain PBP team, the role provides coordination, workforce insight, and operational discipline, while enabling AI adoption, capability development, global site archetype design, and future workforce planning.
The role focuses on translating transformation needs into practical people solutions, partnering closely with People Business Partners, the Talent team, and leaders across Supply Chain, QARA, and Finance to support org design, capability uplift, workforce strategy shifts, and new digital ways of working. It also plays a key role in building global templates and site archetypes to standardize how we scale and enable supply chain sites around the world.

Key Responsibilities
People Business Partnering
- Provide direct People Business Partner support to Digital Supply Chain and our Productivity leaders on org design, workforce planning, transformation impacts, and capability needs.
- Partner across the Talent team, People Business Partners, and leaders in Supply Chain, QARA, and Finance to drive consistent and aligned people strategies during transformation.
- Translate transformation requirements into simple, actionable workforce and people solutions for leaders.
Chief‑of‑Staff Support for the Supply Chain PBP Team and Enabling Functions
- Coordinate priorities, planning rhythms, meeting preparation, and communication across the PBP team.
- Work with PBPs to maintain alignment, ensuring consistency in templates, tools, and governance for people‑related transformation work and strategic priorities.
- Track actions, dependencies, and people implications across programs, ensuring execution discipline and clarity.
Capability Development, Learning & AI Advancement
- Identify emerging digital, supply chain, operational, and AI capabilities required across global supply chain functions.
- Work with the Talent team, PBPs, and leaders to shape targeted development pathways, digital literacy initiatives, and capability uplift plans.
- Build leader‑friendly tools and frameworks to support future skills planning, team readiness for AI‑enabled processes, and digital capability advancement.
Workforce Strategy & Org Design Support
- Support org design, role clarity, and workforce modeling in partnership with PBPs, Talent teams, and transformation leaders.
- Collaborate with the Talent COE where enterprise frameworks exist, ensuring alignment without duplicating COE responsibilities.
- Work with PBPs and leaders to prepare teams for new digital systems, automation, AI adoption, and future‑state operating models especially as new sites are set up.
Supply Chain Site & Archetype Template Design
- Lead or contribute to the development of global supply chain site archetypes (e.g., Plan, Make, Move, Deliver) to standardize capability expectations and workforce models.
- Build global templates for org structures, role definitions, workforce mix, and capability requirements in partnership with PBPs, Talent teams, and Supply Chain leaders as we build new sites each year.
- Support application of these templates during new site ramp‑ups, workforce planning cycles, and transformation programs.
Transformation & Change Enablement
- Partner with PBPs, Talent teams, and leaders to design and support change plans for digital supply chain and cross‑functional transformation programs.
- Ensure leaders and teams are prepared for upcoming changes through planning, communication, capability support, and workforce transition management.
- Track and communicate people impacts, escalating risks and supporting smooth adoption across global teams.

Required
- Strong experience in capability development and upskilling programs within supply chain, operations, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience as a People Business Partner supporting transformation, org design, or large‑scale operational change.
- Background in manufacturing operations or supply chain functions with understanding of operational workflows.
- Experience with digital deployment , digital supply chain tools, digital twins, systems integration, or MES / ERP adoption.
- Demonstrated workforce transformation experience, including role redesign, org modeling, or future skills mapping.
- Global experience working across countries, cultures, and distributed teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and support leader decision‑making.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and planning skills, with comfort coordinating multiple programs simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience supporting AI readiness, digital literacy programs, or capability uplift in technical or operational teams.
- Industry experience in electronics, medical devices, CPG, or similar high‑complexity manufacturing / operations sectors.
- Experience with large‑scale digital transformation (e.g., ERP, digital supply chain, factory automation).
