Job Summary
We are looking for a Cash Management Transformation – Process Expert to support transformation initiatives across the Corporate Banking Cash Management and Payments value chain in the APAC region.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Must have 5–10 years of relevant experience in Cash Management, Payments Operations, or Banking Transformation;
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payment processing and the cash management value chain;
- Must have hands‑on experience in business requirement gathering, process mapping, and process design;
- Experience in testing activities, including test case definition and execution;
- Proven experience in project management as a lead or key contributor;
- Experience working in international, multicultural environments;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience in payment processing back office (cross‑border or domestic payments) and APAC regional payments;
- Hands‑on experience with payment engines (e.g., Huateng CPG or similar) and change management, including user training and operational readiness;
- Strong ability to prepare management reports, presentations, and contribute to business cases and program governance;
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive, results‑oriented, and accountable mindset;
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, validation sessions, and stakeholder committees, ensuring ownership of deliverables and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to cash management transformation studies, projects, and deployments within the assigned scope;
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and prepare Business Requirement Documents;
- Assess operational impacts of transformation initiatives and define process solutions to manage change effectively;
- Lead or support testing phases, including test case definition, execution, and validation;
- Participate in change management, migration, and rollout strategies for operations;
- Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risks; raise alerts and elevate issues when required;
- Coordinate operational resources and ensure consistency across processes within the assigned perimeter;
- Organize and lead workshops, validation sessions, and stakeholder meetings;
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for governance and decision‑making forums;
- Support action plan definition, execution tracking, and milestone delivery;
- Ensure alignment and rhythm of delivery with operational stakeholders across the region.
