  • Provide frontline patient service including registration, queue management, and assisting with general enquiries at clinics or service counters.

  • Handle call centre duties such as answering patient calls, managing appointments, providing information on services, and escalating issues when needed.

  • Support clinical operations by assisting with basic administrative tasks, preparing consultation rooms, handling documents, and coordinating with clinical staff.

  • Manage billing and cashiering duties, including processing payments, verifying patient particulars, and ensuring accurate documentation.

  • Maintain service excellence by ensuring timely follow-up, delivering courteous and professional service, and supporting smooth clinic and call centre workflow.
