Qualifications

  • Practical experience integrating PAT systems with process control systems.
  • Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and authoring validation plans.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements for data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement real-time Process Analytical Technology (PAT) methods.
  • Facilitate technology transfers between R&D and manufacturing sites.
  • Lead the procurement and commissioning of new PAT equipment.

Skills

Hands on experience with spectroscopic PAT tools (NIR, Raman, FTIR, UV/Vis)
Integration PAT systems with process control systems
Understanding regulatory requirements for data integrity

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or related discipline

Tools

SIMCA or equivalent
