Qualifications

• At least two years prior experience in similar capacity.
• Possess a pastoral heart of servanthood.
• Willing to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Life Group Pastor in building a vibrant community.
• Develop leadership skills and character of Community Leaders.
• Conduct regular Huddles with Community Leaders and respective Group Leaders.
• Organize and administer the Baptism and Membership Classes.
