Specialist in Music Publishing Partner Solutions
THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION THAT IS SUBJECT TO EXTENSION UP TO 2 YEARS

My Client is a Global Technology Company that works with partners in the Music, Gaming and Entertainment Space to be hosted on their platform. They are looking for a Partner Solutions Specialist for Music Publishing Partners

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Music Content Operations, Rights Management) to assess music publishing metadata (e.g., ISRCs, ISWCs).
  • Evaluate data and design dashboards and tracking systems to measure engagement of music publishers and songwriters, among other metrics.
  • Analyze and compile reports containing music publishing data for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support in best practices, including trendspotting and creating informative materials based on partner requests.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database for music industry publishing partners.
  • Address troubleshooting and partner account requests.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Own and coordinate music publishing partnership initiatives across APAC, ensuring projects move from planning through execution on time.
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, including royalty collection societies and music publishers, to drive alignment on timelines, data exchange, and deliverables.
  • Analyse and QA royalty and partnership data using internal dashboards, preparing clear reports and insights for partners and internal teams.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and operational issues, proactively problem-solving and driving resolutions.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives, including social content programs, campaigns, and events across the region.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials and presentations, capture action items, and track follow-ups across global teams.
  • Maintain accurate partner information using CRM tools and support partner administration and payment processes..
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital music publishing operations, partnerships, or rights management.
  • Direct experience working with royalty collection societies and/or music publishers, ideally within the APAC region.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle complex, sometimes difficult partner conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience working with data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a track record of driving projects forward without formal project management frameworks.
