Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Cook meals according to set recipes and batch plans
- Oversee safe and consistent cooking, cooling, and blast-freezing procedures
- Work with the kitchen assistant to prepare and portion meals
- Label and store meals correctly, ensure packaging is accurate, hygienic, and well-labelled
- Monitor kitchen supplies and assist with ingredients stock checks
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with team on improving processes and new menu items
- Assist in fulfilling customer orders – packing, labelling, and preparing for dispatch
- Carry out other kitchen-related tasks as needed
Requirements
