Reporting to the Communication Services Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Ensure each dish is presented to the guest exactly as intended by the chef, including proper garnishes and accompaniments.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate service.
• Assist with table maintenance, including clearing plates, replacing silverware, and refilling water as needed.
• Support servers during busy periods by helping reset tables, polish glassware, and restock service areas.
• Understand and be able to describe menu items, ingredients, and presentation to assist with guest inquiries when needed.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in service stations and food delivery areas.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards according to restaurant and regulatory guidelines.
• Exhibit professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude under pressure.
