Job summary

A fire safety services provider in Singapore seeks a Part Time Senior Fire Safety Manager. Responsibilities include reviewing emergency plans, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. The ideal candidate must hold a Fire Safety Manager Certificate and be eligible for SCDF registration. This role is flexible, requiring one visit per week for 4 hours. Strong team players who can work independently are preferred.

Qualifications

• Eligible to be registered with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) for building compliance.
• Must be a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Ability to conduct inspections on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Review and update Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in alignment to the Fire Safety Act.
• Conduct regular fire safety inspections and highlight areas of concern.
• Prepare annual fire safety report.
