Job summary

A well-established food & beverage company in Singapore is seeking a customer service staff member. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, and providing excellent service. Job Scope

• Greet customers.
• Attend to customer needs & requests in a pleasant manner.
• Serving, taking orders & clearing tables.
• Provide good customer service.
• Promote menu items.
• Restaurant Daily Opening / Closing duties.
• Cashiering duties.
• Be able to handle your assigned table of customers confidently.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement
