Overall Job Objectives

We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to deliver exceptional food and beverage service within INITIA Group F&B Brands. The F&B Ambassador will act as the face of the brand, providing personalized customer experiences while maintaining high service standards. The role involves actively supporting the outlet in charge to enhance sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and hospitality.

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the outlet’s menu, promotions, and services to effectively promote and upsell offerings.
• Ensure smooth service operations, including handling POS/ordering systems efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to company standards and operational procedures.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Assist in driving outlet sales and improving customer satisfaction through proactive service and consistent guest engagement.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, maintaining proper grooming and a positive demeanor.

Job Specifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the food and beverage or customer service industry.
