Job summary

A delivery service provider in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to assist with routing delivery orders and managing client communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include monitoring orders and resolving issues, ensuring timely support for clients. After one month of on-site training, a hybrid working arrangement will be available. This role requires flexibility for both morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routing clients' delivery orders.
• Assign drivers from the existing driver pool to routes.
• Support clients on their orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor orders and resolve delivery issues for clients.

Working Arrangements

• Minimum 3 day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)
• Must be able to work 1 morning shift (From 7am) AND 2 evening shifts (up till 10pm)
• On-the-job Training will be provided
• Hybrid Working Arrangement available after 1 month of Onsite On-the-job training (Weekday onsite, Weekends WFH)
