Compensation

Commission per meeting + conversion bonuses. Earn a fixed commission for every successful, qualified meeting booked with a clinic or medspa (paid after the meeting happens). Additional bonus paid when the lead you booked converts into a B2B partnership or makes their first purchase. No income cap — the more meetings you secure, the more you earn.

Role Overview

We are looking for proactive and driven B2B Lead Generators to support our clinic expansion. Your role is to conduct outreach, qualify leads, and book meetings with aesthetic clinics, medispas, wellness centres, and beauty partners. This commission‑based role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive, consistent, and enjoy flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Lead Generation
  • Identify potential clinic, medspa, and wellness partners.
  • Reach out via WhatsApp, cold calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Introduce Brixx Derma’s offerings using scripts and brand materials.
  • Secure qualified appointments for the B2B Sales Manager.
Lead Qualification & Follow‑Up
  • Ensure leads meet criteria (decision‑maker, interest level, relevance).
  • Maintain clear communication with prospects until the meeting is confirmed.
  • Update status of outreach and follow‑ups in CRM or tracking sheet.
Reporting & Performance
  • Send weekly updates on the number of contacts, leads, and meetings booked.
  • Track conversion‑based commissions and assist with basic lead notes.
  • Contribute feedback to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and outreach skills.
