Part-Time Appointment Setter & Communications Assistant
Flexible Hours for High-Impact Communication

Are you confident on the phone, possess excellent communication skills, and seeking a flexible, high-impact role that fits around your academic schedule? We are looking for an energetic Part-Time Appointment Setter & Communications Assistant to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone eager to develop professional sales and communication skills while ensuring smooth coordination for our busy team.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Hourly Rate: $12 – $15 per hour, based on experience.
  • Work Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week. We offer flexible shifts during standard business hours (Monday to Friday) to accommodate your coursework.
  • Location: opposite Labrador Park MRT.
Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling: Make professional calls to existing or prospective clients/partners to qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or consultations.
  • Appointment Setting: Manage and update the scheduling calendar, ensuring appointments are accurately booked and confirmed for the team.
  • Customer Service: Handle follow-up calls and emails to confirm attendance.
  • Communication Flow: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the sales/service team regarding daily schedules and successful bookings.
