Job Details:

  • Location: nearest MRT Clementi or Sixth Avenue (need to rotate)

  • Contract: 3 months

  • Salary: $17/hr (1 hour unpaid break)

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (up to 34 working hours per week based on rostering, sometimes might be 3 days, sometimes might be 5 days per week)

Job Scope:

  • To assist in the planning, oversee the coordination and monitoring of logistics, resources, during training delivery for the fulfilment of the programme, project and service objectives (customer satisfaction and process quality). These may apply for both funded and non-funded programmes.

  • To support post-delivery administrative processes, as needed, and provide administrative support to fulfil the contract and, as needed, to our customers(learners and/or clients), faculty, partners, and internal stakeholders. This may include, among others, filing, data-entry, the collation of evaluation reports and assessment records for funded programmes and/or invoicing.

  • To provide data to Programme Lead for the tracking of performance targets and outcome

  • To communicate and liaise with customers, work with faculty, vendors (e.g. caterers), internal stakeholders (e.g., facilities), and partners where needed, during training delivery for the resolution of operational and service matters with the aim of optimising learning experience
