Job summary

A machinery company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle processing of purchase orders and inventory management. Responsibilities include administrative duties and attending to enquiries. Ideal candidates should have a diploma and experience in sales support, along with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales administration or support functions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders.
  • Attend to incoming enquiries.
  • Procure inventory or parts.
  • Maintain service spare part inventory.
  • Input stock items into system and perform weekly stocktake.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
