Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish pantry supplies and stocks.
• Serve beverages to senior management guests as needed.
• Wash cups, glasses and utensils.
• Clean sinks and other kitchen appliances.
• Ensure daily cleanliness of the pantries.
• Replenish cleaning supplies.
• Prepare meeting rooms for use.
• Clear mess from tables.
• Wipe tables and benches.
• Arrange meeting room chairs.

Description:

• Monitoring and replenishment of pantry supplies and stocks (e.g. detergent, sponges, paper towels, disposable cups and beverages)
• Serving of beverages to guests of senior management as and when required [Note: The meeting could be held in other meeting locations within the same building]
• Washing of cups, glasses and utensils
• Wiping of sinks, surface tops, refrigerators, hot water dispensers and other appliances if required
• Ensuring daily cleanliness of the pantries
• Monitoring and replenishment of cleaning supplies (e.g. detergent, sponges and paper towels)
• Ensuring that meeting rooms are ready for use daily
• Clearing of messes, writing materials etc. from tables
• Wiping of tables, white-boards, benches
• Simple arranging of meeting room chairs
• Attending to other duties assigned by supervisor
