Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing and operating overseas food markets, with a focus on Southeast Asia; formulate and execute overseas market strategies.
  • Lead key account negotiations; build and maintain sales channels, partnerships, and client relationships in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and other overseas markets to enhance brand market share.
  • Conduct research on overseas market demand, competitive landscape, and relevant policies and regulations; prepare feasibility analysis reports.
  • Oversee overseas marketing campaigns, brand promotion, and public relations activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate between headquarters and overseas teams to promote cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Business, Food Science, or a related field; overseas study experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas marketing within the consumer goods industry; hands‑on experience in Southeast Asian markets is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with overseas markets, especially consumer habits, distribution channels, food industry regulations, import & export processes in Southeast Asia.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin (written and spoken); cross‑cultural environments.
  • Proven ability in market analysis, business development, negotiation, and team leadership.
  • Have valid work authorization and eligibility to reside in Singapore; possession of a valid driving license is a plus.
