Responsibilities
- Performing refraction test;who are eight (8) years old and above and dispensing
- Possess contact lens (CL) knowledge through CL Fitting, Dispensing and aftercare and CL complications.
- Provide professional advice to customers on spectacles, frames, and related products.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store operations and ensure proper inventory control.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, representing the company’s image and values.
- Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store sales targets.
- Perform cashiering duties and handle various in-store payment transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and adhere to company SOPs.
Requirements
- NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Optometry or equivalent
- Registered with OOB (pre-registered candidates welcome!)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a community setting
- Passionate about making eye care accessible and meaningful
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
