Role Summary

Reliability lab specialist responsible for the day-to-day operation of test equipment

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and operate test equipment for specific tests, following protocols and procedures.

  • Perform routine 6S, calibration and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.

  • Maintain detailed records of equipment status, test procedures, results, and maintenance activities for compliance and auditing purposes.

  • Work closely with engineers and other technical staff to troubleshoot testing issues, execute experiments, and support new test setup.

  • Ensure that all testing activities and equipment adhere to internal and regulatory standards, contributing to the overall quality assurance of test data and continuous improvement plan.

Requirements
  • Education: Minimum O-level or equivalent

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Able to perform 12 hours shifts (day), including weekends and holidays.

  • Able to commit to shift rotation

  • Able to be reliable and accountable in all tasks and responsibilities.

  • Have the drive to achieve goals and complete tasks independently.

  • Proficient in effectively conveying information through both written and verbal communication.
