Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a skilled manufacturing worker for deburring and polishing product parts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of Secondary/ITE-NTEC education and at least three years of relevant experience in a debur or polish environment. Responsibilities include deburring sharp edges, polishing products using various tools, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications

• Min. Secondary/ITE-NTEC level.
• At least 3 years in relevant experience in debur/polish environment or manufacturing fabrication background.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance preferred.

Responsibilities

• To debur all the edges or sharp edges of product parts.
• To polish products using metal scrappers, compressed air tools, or stone grinders.
• To wash the product part after polishing.
• To maintain all debur-working areas house-keeping -5S and ensure compliance with best practices.
• To maintain workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
• Ensure the safe custody of debur or polishing product parts.

Job description

Jobs Scope & Responsibilities

Engineering

1. To debur all the edger or sharp edge of product part
2. To polish product by metal scrapper, compressed air tools or stone grinders.
3. To perform washing of product or part after polishing.

Quality

1. To provide and maintain all debur working areas house-keeping -5S and ensure all dbur practices are in accordance to A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time.
2. To maintain good workplace health and safety rules and regulations compliances at all time in workplace.

Administration

1. Ensure safe custody of debur or polishing product part in correct place.
2. To co-ordinate and human relation working attitude with your department and other fellow team and others department pro-actively and team-work at all time for general debur or polish targets and timely update/delivery.
3. To continuous improvement of debur or polish job and etc.

Education level:

• Min. Secondary/ITE-NTEC level.

Experience level:

• At least 3 years in relevant experience in debur/polish environment or manufacturing fabrication background.
• Result oriented, resourceful and independent.
• Ability to read, understand mechanical drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance preferred.
