Your Day-to-Day Adventures
  • Prepare and submit required documents to the government portals and other relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate internally with the operations and customer-facing teams to retrieve necessary documents or data.
  • Track, update, and maintain proper records of all furnishing requests and responses.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responding to government-related correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to gather necessary vehicle or driver-related information.
  • Prepare invoices for services rendered to clients or partners.
  • Verify supporting documents and ensure billing accuracy before submission.
  • Track payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices when necessary.
