Job description
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for time-critical logistics and client service activities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., on-time delivery, cost per shipment) and implement corrective actions promptly.
Resource & Cost Management
  • Support budgeting and cost-control efforts within assigned operational scope.
  • Provide accurate operational data for monthly reporting and assist in variance analysis.
Team Supervision
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of operations staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in training and development of team members; provide feedback and guidance to maintain performance standards.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, customs).
  • Promote safety practices and participate in audits and risk assessments.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
